Andrew M. Brown joined Patriot Capital Funding as a Vice President
in August 2005. Prior to joining Patriot, Andrew was a vice
president in GE's Global Sponsor Finance unit, where he focused on
origination and execution of financings for private equity led
buyouts. Prior to joining GE, Andrew worked at Knox and Company, a
middle-market m&a advisory firm, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Andrew has a B.S. from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler
Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
