Warren Hsiung joined Patriot Capital Funding as an Associate in July
2007. Prior to joining Patriot, Warren was an investment
professional at Laurus Funds, where he was responsible for
evaluating, structuring and negotiating investments in small and
micro cap companies. From 2000 to 2004, Warren was in the Financial
Institutions Group at Bank of America, where he focused on
originating and structuring financings for large corporate clients
in the financial services sector.
Warren graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and
Economics from New York University and received his MBA degree from
the Yale School of Management in 2007.
